Grange's Winter Farmer's Craft Fair: Calling All Crafters!

Do you make a useful home, farm or garden craft that your friends and family find both charming indispensable? Are you tired of the department store commerce that dominates the winter holiday giving season, and want to participate in an economy that generates thoughtfully crafted yet useful items?

The Chimacum Grange is hosting a Winter Farmers Craft Fair- sort of a homespun, country version of a Target store, emulating the local General Stores of yesteryear.
We are looking for crafter-folk who wish to sell homemade, affordable items such as baskets, blankets, rugs, candles, soaps, pottery, garden tools and products, toys, knitwear, home décor, kitchen utensils, metal-works, woolen goods, wintertime décor and more (food and medicine items can be accepted with proper sales licensing).
Crafters can rent half or whole tables, and can share booths with friends who also craft.  This is a much smaller version of normal craft fairs, and successfully began in 2014 to offer economic opportunity to our crafty back-to-the-landers, tinkerers, and farmers during slow parts of the year, with some small fundraising for the historic Grange Hall.

If you are interested in learning more, now is the time to reach out!

Email Heather at chimacumgrange@gmail.com with ‘Seeking Craft Fair Info’ in the subject line before November 15th. You can call 360-732-0015 if you wish to leave a voice mail requesting info. This is a first-come, first-serve exhibitor event. Sign-up and contracts are due by Nov. 20th, in order to prepare for a Dec. 10th  & 11th event.

SPREAD THE WORD TO YOUR CRAFTY FRIENDS! And have a Happy Autumn.
